"Always an awesome experience. All the stylists are nice and willing to work with you to get the hair style you want. I've never had a bad experience here. I would recommend checking wait times online and getting a place in line during peak hours. Great place and great staff!"

"Went to get my son a haircut and was told it would be a wait. He was called before time was up. For being as busy as they were the ladies were keeping up with there promised times. Great job!"

"I've had my hair cut here three times. The first time was perfectly adequate. Not great, but no big problems. Pricey, though. The second time, I found some spots that the stylist had missed, so I had to do a little touch up in the mirror at home. The last time was awful. She went way too high in the sides with no transition. I was looking Flock of Seagulls-esque. No thank you. I drove straight over to the Southside Barbershop where they fixed it for free. Not going back to Sport Clips."

"This is my go to place as it is close to my home. I can honestly say, except for a stray hair, I have always had very sharp haircuts here. They even do fairly well with boys despite it not being their core demographic. I miss their frequent customer cards and despite reassurances I've yet to have another free cut with the new computer system. The store is clean, the staff usually seems a bit overworked, but overall friendly. I really like that they have toned down on selling haircare and toiletry items. While they offer more than ever, I hate the depressed response when I say not. Similar to turning down a server for expensive cocktails and desserts. If you have a problem with your do', be sure and ask and they will often find a solution for you. My only real complaint is that I try to be loyal to stylists, but the turnover here seems high."
